Our Spruce Warming Bath combines several nourishing and essential oils into an effective composition for the cold season. Let yourself be warmed through to the core, breathe deeply, find calm, and recharge your energy at the same time. The bath oil is suitable for all ages (from three years up), during stressful times, and when colds are going around. Also beneficial as a foot bath.
The spicy, fragrant Spruce Warming Bath provides soothing calm, relaxation, and warmth without making you sleepy. Essential spruce needle oil is an invaluable aid, especially during the cold and damp season. It supports blood circulation in the skin and, combined with the warm bath water, provides intense and long-lasting warmth deep inside. The resinous scent of spruce needles relaxes and allows you to breathe freely. Combined with jojoba oil, the bath gently nourishes the skin. An effective bathing pleasure when it is cold and windy outside. Also beneficial as a foot bath.
Usage
For a full bath, add 1–3 capfuls of the Spruce Warming Bath directly into the water stream as desired. Use less accordingly for a foot bath.
