Visiodoron Malva®
Naturally effective eye drops for dry and irritated eyes
- Moisturizes and soothes dry and irritated eyes
- Provides long-lasting moisture for the eye
- Preservative-free
When the tear film cannot adequately moisten the eyes, they feel dry and irritated, and blinking causes friction – as if there were a foreign body in the eye. Visiodoron Malva® with non-GMO sodium hyaluronate and mallow extract stabilizes the tear film, soothes and moisturizes. Irritated, dry or tired eyes are thus moisturized and soothed.
Visiodoron Malva® is a medical device and can be used without age restriction.Visiodoron Malva® is available in convenient single doses for on the go or now also in a multi-dose (10ml) for multiple applications.

Advantages of single doses:
- Practical for on the go
- For families, if several people use the product
- For occasional use and short treatment periods
- 2 different pack sizes (10x0.4 ml; 20x0.4 ml)
Advantages of the 10ml bottle:
- Suitable from infancy
- Especially suitable for long-term users, e.g. allergy sufferers and contact lens wearers
- Usable for 3 months after opening

How does non-infectious conjunctivitis develop?
In contrast to purulent, infectious conjunctivitis, which is usually caused by bacteria, allergies and other external irritants are among the most common causes of non-infectious conjunctivitis (e.g. sun exposure, smoke, dust, pollen or chlorine in indoor pools). Non-purulent conjunctivitis can also occur in connection with a cold or flu-like infection. Likewise, the conjunctiva can become inflamed as a result of prolonged overexertion. For example, if the eye is overstrained by long screen work. Non-infectious conjunctivitis is not contagious.
Pretty meadow flower with great effect: Euphrasia officinalis
For centuries, extracts of the pretty meadow flower Euphrasia officinalis (also called eyebright) have been used to treat eye complaints. The medicinal plant extracts relieve pain, burning, redness and soothe irritated conjunctiva.

Weleda Tip: Easier application of eye drops
Sometimes it is difficult to apply eye drops to irritated eyes, especially in infants or small children. However, if you place a drop in the nasal corner of the closed eye, the drop will run in by itself.
Dosage and method of administration:
Unless otherwise prescribed, instill 1 drop into the conjunctival sac 3 times daily.
