The indications include complaints associated with allergic rhinitis, both in acute phases and in recurring or chronic symptoms.

Properties and Active Ingredients
Similasan Hay Fever Drops contain a combination of four homeopathic active ingredients: Luffa operculata, Schoenocaulon officinale, Thryallis glauca (or Galphimia glauca), and Cardiospermum halicacabum.

Dosage and Administration
Adults and adolescents from 12 years:
For acute or severe symptoms: Take 10 drops every 15–30 minutes.
Upon improvement or for further treatment: Take 10 drops 3 times daily.
Children from 2 to 12 years:
For acute or severe symptoms: Take 5 drops diluted in water every 15–30 minutes.
Upon improvement or for further treatment: Take 5 drops diluted in water 3 times daily.
When symptoms improve, the frequency of intake should be reduced accordingly.
Instructions for Use
The drops can be taken with a little liquid.
Keep the drops in the mouth for a short time if possible so that they come into contact with the oral mucous membrane.
They can be taken independently of meals.
For children aged 2 to 12, the drops should be diluted with water according to the dosage recommendation.

Bottle with 50 ml of drops.
Important Information
The medicinal product should be used according to the package insert or as directed by a doctor or pharmacist.
If symptoms do not improve within a week or if they worsen, medical advice should be sought.
If a dose is missed, do not take a double dose.
The medicinal product contains alcohol. The alcohol content is approximately 50.6% v/v. According to product information, a single dose contains less than 100 mg of ethanol.
No relevant influence on the ability to concentrate or react, or on the ability to drive or operate machinery, is known.
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, use should only occur after careful consideration or consultation with a doctor or pharmacist.
There is insufficient data on possible effects on fertility.

Side Effects
