Dosage:
Adults and adolescents from 18 years:
1 tablet up to 3 times daily, the daily dose of 3 tablets should not be exceeded.
The interval between 2 doses must be at least 6 hours.
The duration of treatment must not exceed 3 days.

Headaches in connection with neck and shoulder complaints3

• Headaches occur in about 60% of sufferers together with neck and shoulder pain (KoNaSchu).
• Frequent triggers include predominantly sedentary activities as well as physical tension and poor posture, which lead to tension in the neck and shoulder area.
• The pain can radiate from the neck into the head and manifest as dull or pulling sensations.

Headaches with colds1

• Colds are very common upper respiratory tract infections.
• Colds are often accompanied by headaches due to pressure in the paranasal sinuses.

Menstrual pain

• Menstrual complaints are cramp-like lower abdominal pains that occur shortly before and during menstruation. These period pains can be so severe that they significantly impair well-being and daily performance. 4
• The pain is caused by contractions of the uterine muscles, which shed the uterine lining.4
• Regular endurance sports, avoiding nicotine consumption, and an adequate intake of vitamin B6 and omega-3 fatty acids can help relieve menstrual pain.4
• Endometriosis can also lead to severe period pain. This disease causes tissue similar to the uterine lining to grow outside the uterus. This leads to many different symptoms, such as severe lower abdominal pain or constipation.5

Toothache

• Toothache often appears as sharp or throbbing pain and can be accompanied by a swollen, reddened cheek and difficulty opening the mouth.6
• Tooth decay is often the cause, where harmful bacteria, together with sugar, attack and destroy tooth enamel. This disrupts the natural balance of the oral flora, causing acids to attack the tooth and, if left untreated, causing pain and damage.7
• Tooth decay can be prevented, among other things, by regular brushing with fluoride toothpaste and a healthy diet.7

Earache8

• Earache often appears suddenly and intensely and can be accompanied by hearing problems, fever, or dizziness.
• Common causes include middle ear infections or eardrum injuries. Problems in the temporomandibular joint can also cause earache and manifest as pressure pain and clicking when chewing.
