Product Information

ThermaCare® HeatWraps for period pain provide at least 8 hours of soothing deep heat. The consistent heat can relax the muscles in the lower abdomen, thereby alleviating period pain.

The skin-friendly, discreet-to-wear heat wraps feature 10 patented heat cells and are attached to your underwear – not directly onto the skin.

Intended use

ThermaCare® HeatWraps are suitable for heat therapy for:

• Period pain and menstrual discomfort

• Cramping in the lower abdomen

• Muscle tension in the lower abdomen

Application can begin at the first signs of period pain or muscle tension.

Application

Only open the airtight packaging immediately before use.

Remove the heat wrap and take off the protective film.

Attach the wrap to the inside of your underwear at abdominal level with the adhesive side facing the fabric.

Do not apply directly to the skin.

After about 30 minutes, the heat wrap reaches its therapeutic temperature of approx. 40 °C and then provides consistent heat for at least 8 hours.

Comfort note

If possible, do not wear the heat wrap directly under a tight waistband or belt, as this can cause an uncomfortably intense sensation of heat.

Important information

Do not apply directly to the skin.

Do not use on diseased, injured, or damaged skin.

Do not use on bruises or swelling, or on areas of the body with reduced or impaired sensitivity to heat.

Read the instructions for use and the warnings listed therein before application.

Stop use if you experience excessive heat, burning, skin irritation, or other discomfort.

Side effects and compatibility

In sensitive individuals, skin irritation may occur due to the heat or contact with the wrap. If there is a noticeable or persistent skin reaction, application should be discontinued.
