Properties and active ingredients
Similasan Hay Fever is a homeopathic combination preparation with several active ingredients.
The homeopathic components contained are Luffa operculata, Sabadilla or Schoenocaulon officinale, Galphimia or Thryallis glauca, and Cardiospermum halicacabum.

Age
Tablets: Use from 1 year of age.
Drops: Use from 2 years of age.
Dosage and application
Tablets – Use from 1 year of age
For acute symptoms: Take 1 tablet every quarter or half hour.
Upon improvement: Take the tablets less frequently and extend the intervals between doses accordingly.
For recovery: Take 1 tablet 3 times daily.
Let the tablet dissolve slowly in the mouth. This allows the components to be absorbed via the oral mucosa.
For small children, the tablet can be dissolved in a little water.
The medication can be taken regardless of meals.
Drops – Children from 2 to 12 years
For acute symptoms: Take 5 drops diluted in water every quarter or half hour.
For recovery and prevention: Take 5 drops diluted in water 3 times daily.
Drops – Adolescents from 12 years and adults
For acute symptoms: Take 10 drops every quarter or half hour.
For recovery and prevention: Take 10 drops 3 times daily.
If symptoms improve, the frequency of administration should be reduced accordingly.

Important notes
The medicinal product should be used in accordance with the package insert or as directed by a physician or pharmacist.
If symptoms do not improve within 3 days or if they worsen, medical clarification is recommended.
If a dose is missed, do not take a double dose.
The tablets contain lactose. This should be taken into account, especially in the case of a known intolerance to certain sugars.
No relevant influence on responsiveness, the ability to drive, or the ability to operate machinery is known.
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the medicinal product should only be used after appropriate consultation or with the necessary caution.
There is insufficient data on possible effects on fertility.
In the case of prolonged, unusual, or worsening allergic complaints, medical advice should be sought.

Side effects
