How to take Supradyn® IMMUN effervescent tablets?
Recommended daily intake for adults: Drink 1 effervescent tablet daily dissolved in a glass of water (approx. 250 ml). It is best to take it with or after a meal. The stated recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.

Warnings:
Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The effervescent tablet contains isomalt and may have a laxative effect if consumed excessively. Not suitable for children, adolescents, persons with hemochromatosis, hypercalcemia or kidney disease/impaired kidney function. This product should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
