Micronutrients in Times of Increased Stress

How to take Supradyn® FORTE film-coated tablets?
The recommended daily intake for adults and adolescents from 12 years of age is one film-coated tablet, taken with a glass of water (approx. 200 ml), preferably with or after a meal.
Note:
The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. In pregnant women and women of childbearing age, as well as during breastfeeding, a daily dose of 1500 μg retinol (vitamin A) must generally not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
