How to take Supradyn® FORTE effervescent tablets?
The recommended daily intake for adults and adolescents aged 12 and over is one effervescent tablet, dissolved in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml), preferably with or after a meal.

Note: The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. For pregnant women and women of childbearing age, as well as during lactation, a daily dose of 1500 μg retinol (vitamin A) must generally not be exceeded. May have a laxative effect if consumed excessively. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
