Sterimar Seawater Nasal Spray

For daily nasal hygiene:

• for moisturizing and cleaning the nasal mucous membranes
• to support the self-cleaning process of the nasal mucous membranes
• to restore the natural moisture of the nose (air conditioning, heating)

For facilitating nasal cleaning by liquefying nasal secretions (crusts, scabs) during a cold.

Dosage
2 to 6 applications daily for each nostril.

Insert the nasal adapter into the nostril. Then apply light pressure to the spray head, let the excess solution run off, and then blow your nose. Repeat the spraying process for the other nostril. Clean the nasal adapter with soapy water, rinse and dry.

Composition
1 ml aqueous solution contains 0.32 ml natural seawater.
