It is generally known that calcium and vitamin D3 are important for maintaining bone health. Vitamin D supports the absorption of calcium from food. In addition, vitamin K2 contributes to the targeted incorporation of calcium into bones by activating the protein osteocalcin.

Recommended intake:
Take 1-2 film-coated tablets daily with liquid, unchewed. Can be taken regardless of meals. Regular supplementation over a longer period is recommended.

Ingredients:
Calcium carbonate, calcium citrate, bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, coating agent calcium sulfate, magnesium carbonate, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, coating agent polydextrose, talc, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, coating agent polyethylene glycol, anti-caking agent mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, vitamin K2 (menaquinone), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

Side effects:
When adhering to the recommended dosage, side effects are usually not to be expected. Excessive or long-term intake of vitamin D3 or calcium can lead to elevated calcium levels in the blood. Possible symptoms include nausea, constipation, abdominal pain, fatigue, increased thirst or increased urination. People taking anticoagulant medication should consult a doctor before taking products containing vitamin K2.
