RodiCare® uro is a complementary feed for rabbits, guinea pigs, and small rodents for the nutritional support of the urinary tract.

The formula combines selected berries and herbs such as goldenrod, blackcurrant, horsetail, birch leaves, and restharrow with cranberry, pumpkin seed, and glucosamine. RodiCare® uro is characterized by a low calcium content and is free from oxalic acid.

RodiCare® uro supplements a low-herb diet with selected plant substances and serves to provide nutritional support for normal urinary tract function.

Properties of the ingredients

Restharrow, goldenrod, blackcurrant, and horsetail naturally support urine production. Cranberry and birch leaves supplement the diet with secondary plant compounds.

Glucosamine and vitamin A support the nutritional supply to the bladder lining. Nettle extract serves as a flavoring and improves palatability.

Feeding recommendation

Administer via feed or directly into the mouth.

According to body weight:

• Dwarf hamster: 0.05–0.1 ml 2–3 times daily

• Chinchilla, degu, and hamster: 0.15–0.2 ml 2–3 times daily

• Guinea pig and dwarf rabbit: 0.25–0.3 ml 2–3 times daily

• Rabbit: 0.35–0.6 ml 2–3 times daily

For long-term feeding, the dosage can often be reduced to once daily.

Recommended feeding duration: up to 6–8 weeks. Feeding can be repeated if necessary.

Shake well before use. Rinse the dosing syringe thoroughly after use.

Fresh water should always be freely available.

Storage and shelf life

Do not store above 25 °C and protect from light.

Use promptly after opening.

RodiCare® uro is a complementary feed and not a veterinary medicine.

The product may cause discoloration of the urine.

In cases of pain or difficulty urinating, blood in the urine, significantly reduced urine volume, loss of appetite, or deterioration of the animal's general condition, the animal should be examined by a veterinarian.
