How should Relax Nerven-Tropfen be taken?

Adults and adolescents from 12 years:
- for acute symptoms, 5 drops every 30-60 minutes
- for chronic conditions, 25 drops 1-3 times daily
- for sleep disturbances, 30 drops in the evening before bedtime

- 10-15 drops 1-3 times daily
- for sleep disturbances, up to 20 drops in the evening before bedtime

Method of administration
The measured drops should be diluted in a glass with a little water. The intake should be on an empty stomach before meals.
