Hereditary hair loss
Hereditary hair loss is the most common type of hair loss! Especially in men, hereditary hair loss is very widespread - studies speak of 60-80%. Often, hereditary hair loss in men begins between the ages of 20 and 30 in the temple area, leading to the formation of typical receding hairlines. With increasing age, hair loss becomes more pronounced, and the hair also thins at the back of the head (crown).

The active ingredient minoxidil contained in Regaine® can help against hereditary hair loss! In hereditary hair loss, the growth phase of the hair is shortened and the resting phase is prolonged. This leads to the hair follicles gradually shrinking and the hair growing back weaker and weaker.
Through minoxidil in Regaine®, the growth phase of the hair is prolonged again and the resting phase is shortened, so that the growth phase is reached faster. Hair growth is stimulated and the diameter of the visible hair can increase – the hair becomes thicker. This is how Regaine® can stop hereditary hair loss! First results can be visible after 8-16 weeks.

No fear of increased hair loss in the first few weeks!
About 2 to 6 weeks after starting treatment, an increased shedding of old, inactive hair may occur. This perceived increased hair loss is called the "shedding effect", which subsides within a few weeks and is an initial sign of Regaine®'s effectiveness. After 8-16 weeks, increased regrowth of new, stronger hair can usually be observed.
Long-term use is important, as the cause of hair loss, the hereditary predisposition, cannot yet be eliminated by any means. The therapy only works as long as Regaine® is used.
Application is simple and can be integrated into the daily routine: 2 times a day, like brushing teeth. Daily hair care can be continued as usual.

Application & Dosage:
Apply one dose of 1 g (corresponding to the volume of half a protective cap) to the affected areas on the scalp twice a day. To open the container, align the arrows on the container and the protective cap. Then pull off the protective cap. The foam may melt quickly if it comes into contact with your warm skin. If your fingers are warm, rinse them with cold water beforehand. Dry your fingers thoroughly before applying the foam.

Hold the container with the spray head vertically downwards and press the spray head to spray the foam onto your fingertips. The amount of foam should always correspond to the volume of half a protective cap (= 1 g foam). Spread the foam over the affected areas of the scalp with your fingertips and gently massage it in. Wash your hands immediately after applying the foam. Close the can after each use by replacing the protective cap on the container.
