Prostagutt duo capsules

Indications

Herbal medicinal product for the supportive treatment of mild urinary discomfort in men (such as frequent urination during the day or at night, weakening of the urinary stream or post-void dribbling) with prostate enlargement, after serious underlying diseases have been ruled out by a doctor.

If you do not feel better or even worse after 4 weeks, consult your doctor.

This medication improves the symptoms of an enlarged prostate without correcting the enlargement. Therefore, please consult your doctor at regular intervals. Especially in case of blood in the urine or acute urinary retention, a doctor should be consulted.

Composition:
1 capsule contains: The active ingredients are: 160 mg extract from saw palmetto fruits (Sabalis serrulatae fructus), drug-extract ratio 10 - 14.3:1, extracting agent: ethanol 90 % (m/m) and 120 mg dry extract from nettle root (Urticae radix), drug-extract ratio 7.6 -12.5:1, extracting agent: ethanol 60 % (m/m); The other ingredients are: gelatin polysuccinate; glycerol; hard fat; highly dispersed silicon dioxide; hydrogenated soybean oil; patent blue V (E 131); iron oxide yellow (E 172); iron oxide black (E 172).

Application:

Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or exactly as agreed with your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The recommended dose is 1 capsule twice a day.

Children and adolescents
There is no application for children and adolescents or for women.

Method of administration
The capsules are taken whole with sufficient liquid in the morning and evening with or after meals.

Duration of use
An improvement is expected after four weeks. If you do not feel better or even worse after 4 weeks, you must consult a doctor.

Storage:

• Keep this medicine out of the reach of children.
  
• Do not use the medicine after the expiry date stated on the outer carton and blister after "EXP". The expiry date refers to the last day of the specified month.
  
• Do not store above 30 °C.
