Clinical composition
Dexpanthenol, also known as panthenol or provitamin B5, is a biologically active precursor of pantothenic acid, which is an essential component of coenzyme A. This coenzyme plays a crucial role in cell metabolism, fatty acid synthesis and energy production. In addition, dexpanthenol has a regenerating effect on the skin and provides it with moisture.
