Ingredients:
L-ascorbic acid, coating agent hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, corn starch, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, filler microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent calcium salts of fatty acids, zinc oxide, lutein-containing Tagetes erecta extract, copper sulfate, coloring concentrate from spirulina (Arthrospira platensis) and apple (Malus sp.), zeaxanthin (from Tagetes erecta).

Composition:
1 daily serving of 1 capsule (0.5 g)

Recommended intake:
Take one capsule daily, preferably with plenty of liquid, with or after a meal. The capsules are snap capsules that can be opened if necessary to mix the contents into cold or lukewarm food or drinks.
Micronutrients are needed by the body daily, so regular use over a longer period is recommended.
