Who is OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 with B vitamins suitable for?

In times of psychological stress, supplementing the intestinal flora with selected bacterial strains is beneficial, as the microbiome not only controls intestinal function but also mood, emotions, and mental performance via the so-called gut-brain axis. Studies already clearly show that selected bacterial combinations influence the brain regions responsible for decision-making and concentration.

How does OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 with B vitamins work?

OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 with B vitamins contains the same special combination of 9 bacterial strains as OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair, which has been used in numerous clinical studies. In addition, selected B vitamins contribute to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes such as the intestinal mucosa (B2), as well as to the *normal function of the nervous system (B2, B6, B12) and make a valuable contribution to normal psychological function (B6, B12).

How is OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 with B vitamins used?

Stir 1 – 2 sachets of OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 with B vitamins (= 3 g) into approx. 1/8 liter of water or (diluted) fruit juice, milk, tea (up to max. 40° C), yogurt or similar, wait at least 1 minute for activation, stir again and then consume.

Please note generally: The liquid in which you dissolve OMNi-BiOTiC®
• must not be hotter than 40° C (bacteria tolerate exactly the same temperatures as the human body),
• should not be coffee, alcohol or another product with a very acidic pH value (e.g. cola, grapefruit juice, vinegar) and
• should contain as little carbonic acid as possible.

It is advisable to take it on an empty stomach if possible. Since the contained vitamins B2, B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, taking OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 with B vitamins in the morning is purposeful.
The proven combination of bacteria has been supplemented with three B vitamins. This is recognizable by the water taking on a golden-yellow hue.

Since OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 with B vitamins exclusively contains bacteria naturally occurring in the human intestine, it can also be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Application note:

OMNi-BiOTiC® products contain small amounts of different dietary fibers that serve as specific food for the bacteria, e.g. fructooligosaccharides (FOS) or inulin. If you have a known fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time of OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 with B vitamins to 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria almost completely metabolize their food (= fructooligosaccharides, inulin etc.), so that at most only individual molecules of these substances reach the intestine.
