OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 with B vitamins combines 9 selected bacterial strains naturally occurring in the human intestine with vitamins B2, B6, and B12.

The bacterial combination contained corresponds to the proven combination in OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair and has been additionally supplemented with selected B vitamins. These contribute, among other things, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How does OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 with B vitamins work?

OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 with B vitamins contains the same special combination of 9 bacterial strains as OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair. This bacterial combination has been used in various scientific and clinical studies.

One 3 g portion contains at least 7.5 billion viable and reproductive bacteria.

With two portions totaling 6 g, at least 15 billion bacteria are ingested.

The bacterial combination is supplemented by vitamins B2, B6, and B12.

Vitamin B2

Vitamin B2 contributes to:

Recommended intake

Stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 with B vitamins (= 3 g) into approx. 1/8 liter of water 1 to 2 times daily.

Alternatively, the powder can be stirred into diluted fruit juice, milk, tea (up to a maximum of 40 °C), yogurt, or similar foods.

After stirring, wait at least 1 minute for activation, then stir again and consume.

It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach if possible.

Since the included vitamins B2, B6, and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, taking it in the morning is particularly advisable.

Due to the B vitamins contained, the water may turn a golden yellow color after stirring.

Important notes on preparation

The liquid in which OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 with B vitamins is dissolved must not be hotter than 40 °C.

The product should not be stirred into coffee, alcohol, or beverages/foods with a very acidic pH value, such as cola, grapefruit juice, or vinegar.

If possible, carbonated beverages should not be used for preparation.

Use in case of fructose intolerance

OMNi-BiOTiC® products contain small amounts of different dietary fibers that serve as specific food for the bacteria. These include fructooligosaccharides (FOS) and inulin.

In cases of known fructose intolerance, the activation time for OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 with B vitamins should be extended to 30 minutes.

During this time, the contained bacteria metabolize a large portion of the added fructooligosaccharides and inulin.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

Since OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 with B vitamins exclusively contains bacterial strains naturally occurring in the human intestine, the product can also be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding, according to the manufacturer.

Side effects and tolerability

No general side effects are reported when used as directed.

Especially at the beginning of using products with bacterial cultures, inulin, and fructooligosaccharides, sensitive individuals may experience temporary flatulence, a feeling of fullness, or changes in bowel habits.

In cases of known fructose intolerance, the recommended extended activation time of 30 minutes should be taken into account.

In case of known allergies or intolerances to any of the ingredients, the product should not be taken.
