Who is OMNi-BiOTiC® metabolic suitable for?

Overweight people have a different bacterial flora than lean people, namely an excess of so-called "Firmicutes" bacteria and too few "Bacteroidetes" bacteria: Firmicutes extract calories even from indigestible fiber and store them - as a "cushion" for bad times, so to speak, providing more energy than needed. Bacteroidetes, on the other hand, encapsulate unconsumed carbohydrates, allowing them to be excreted with the stool.

A balanced ratio between Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes is important.

Diet & Exercise

• Of course, it is still right and important to keep an eye on calorie intake. Depending on how many kilos you want to lose, you should accordingly restrain yourself when eating.
• For the bacteria in your gut, it is also very interesting what kind of calories you eat: Make sure to consume as few carbohydrates as possible. This means specifically: Eat little bread, pasta, rice, potatoes and avoid sugary foods such as sweets, chocolate, other confectionery, cakes and also drinks with sugar. Instead, eat plenty of vegetables, dairy products, and also fish and meat regularly. Be careful with fruit, as it contains a lot of carbohydrates!
• Boost your calorie consumption with exercise. This does not require superhuman efforts, but every kind of movement burns calories. If you manage to take 10,000 steps a day, you can be sure that your organism will burn enough fat and sugar so that your weight melts away quickly. For example, use the stairs instead of the elevator or get off one bus stop earlier and walk.

How to use OMNi-BiOTiC® metabolic?

Stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® metabolic (= 3 g) into approx. 1/8 l of water or (diluted) fruit juice, milk, tea (up to max. 40° C), yogurt or similar once daily, wait at least 1 minute for activation, stir again and then consume.

Please note: The liquid in which you dissolve OMNi-BiOTiC®

• must not be hotter than 40° C (bacteria tolerate exactly the same temperatures as the human body)
• should not be coffee, alcohol or another product with a very acidic pH value (e.g. cola, grapefruit juice, vinegar) and
• should preferably not contain carbonic acid.

It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach, e.g. in the morning before breakfast or in the evening before dinner or before going to bed.

Instructions for use:

OMNi-BiOTiC® products contain small amounts of different dietary fibers that serve as specific food for the bacteria, e.g. fructooligosaccharides (FOS). If a fructose intolerance is known, you should extend the activation time of OMNi-BiOTiC® metabolic to 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolize their food (= fructooligosaccharides etc.) almost completely, so that at most individual molecules of these substances reach the intestine.

Corn starch, maltodextrin, fructooligosaccharides (FOS), galactooligosaccharides (GOS), polydextrose, potassium chloride, vegetable protein (rice), magnesium sulfate, bacterial strains*, manganese sulfate, lactose.
