Oleovital® Eye Ointment

Oleovital® Eye Ointment provides long-lasting relief from symptoms of dryness, irritation and mild discomfort, especially

• in case of environmental stress, e.g. due to air conditioning, wind or air pollution, such as cigarette smoke
• in case of fatigue and eye strain due to intense viewing, e.g. at computer screens, microscopes or after long car journeys
• in case of mechanical stress, e.g. due to wearing hard or soft contact lenses or due to diagnostic procedures on the eye.

Application:
Oleovital® Eye Ointment is usually applied 3 times a day for long-lasting improvement of the tear film and intensive protection of the eye surface. Application in the evening before going to bed is particularly recommended, so that the ointment can develop its intensive long-lasting effect on the irritated eye.

Unscrew the protective cap, tilt your head slightly back, pull the lower eyelid slightly away from the eye. Apply an approximately 0.5 cm long strand of ointment into the conjunctival sac by gently pressing the tube. Close your eyes slowly.

After use, close the tube carefully again. Application should be continuous for more than 30 days. Shelf life three months after opening.

Precautions and warnings:
Temporarily blurred vision may occur after application. In this case, do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery and wait until normal visual acuity has returned.
