Recommended intake:
For general immune system support:
Adults and adolescents aged 15 and over: 1 capsule twice daily.
Children and adolescents aged 6–14 years: 1 capsule once daily.
For immune system support during times of increased need, e.g. during cold season:
Adults and adolescents aged 15 and over: 1 capsule three times daily.
Adolescents aged 12–14 years: 1 capsule twice daily.
