Nicotine is released from the gum by active chewing.
The nicotine then enters the bloodstream through the oral mucosa and increases the nicotine level in the blood. This relieves your smoking cravings and other withdrawal symptoms such as increased appetite and irritability. Use is recommended for at least 12 weeks, during which you gradually reduce the amount of nicotine supplied to your body by reducing the number of gums per day until you eventually stop using gums.

Application
Application of nicorette® 2 mg classic gum - Chewing is not just chewing!

For the nicotine gum to fully unfold its effect, it must be chewed by you in a specific way.

1. Chew: Chew for about 1 minute until a strong, peppery taste develops. Enough nicotine has now been released.
2. Pause: Now move the gum to your cheek until the
