Please note that paracetamol may only be used for the short-term treatment of mild to moderate pain and fever. Exceeding the maximum daily dose and misuse can lead to irreparable liver damage.
In case of paracetamol overdose, which may initially manifest as nausea and vomiting, please go to the hospital for immediate treatment.

Mexalen® rapid 500 mg Film-coated tablets – Paracetamol for pain & fever
Mexalen® rapid is an over-the-counter medicine for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain and fever. The innovative combination of paracetamol and natural algin from brown algae ensures particularly rapid absorption of the active ingredient – after approximately 10 minutes. The algin swells in the gastric juice and breaks down the tablet, allowing the active ingredient to be quickly released and absorbed. Mexalen® rapid is considered stomach-friendly and is particularly well tolerated.

Paracetamol 500 mg per tablet
Application:
Take as directed in the package leaflet. The dosage depends on age, weight and symptoms. Do not use for longer than 3 days without medical advice.
