Product Details & Mandatory Information

For the treatment of mild to moderately severe pain.

Areas of Application

For the relief of:

• Headaches
• Toothaches
• Menstrual pain

Product Characteristics

• Proven active ingredient paracetamol
• Pain-relieving and fever-reducing
• Suitable for short-term use

Application

Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over (≥ 43 kg):

• 1 tablet up to 4 times daily
• Maximum daily dose: 4 tablets (2000 mg paracetamol)

Children 6–12 years:

• ½ tablet up to 3 times daily

Children under 6 years:

• Not suitable for use

Instructions for use:

• Take with sufficient liquid
• Minimum interval between doses: 6 hours

Important Notes

• Use the lowest effective dose
• Do not use longer than necessary
• Caution in case of liver or kidney dysfunction
• Do not use in severe hepatic insufficiency

Side effects (rare to very rare):

• Changes in blood count
• Allergic reactions (e.g., skin reactions, bronchospasm)
• Increase in liver enzyme levels

Long-term or high-dose use can lead to liver and kidney damage.

Side Effects

Like all medicines, this one can also cause side effects:

• Very rare:

  • Changes in blood count (e.g., thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, agranulocytosis, pancytopenia)

  • Methemoglobinemia

• Rare:

  • Increase in liver enzyme levels

• Very rare:

  • Hypersensitivity reactions (e.g., skin redness, urticaria, bronchospasm)

  • Severe allergic reactions up to anaphylactic shock

Important:
Long-term or high-dose use can lead to severe liver and kidney damage.
