What is META-CARE® Basic 3?

A balanced acid-base metabolism plays a major role for our body and our well-being. Unhealthy eating habits with too many acid-forming foods such as meat, salt or sugar can affect the natural acid-base balance. The targeted intake of alkaline minerals can therefore be beneficial.

META-CARE® Basic 3 contains the alkalizing minerals potassium, magnesium and calcium, combined with the water-soluble extract of wild marjoram. Potassium and magnesium contribute significantly to the sequence of muscle contraction and relaxation and are therefore particularly important for the heart muscle. In addition, potassium makes a valuable contribution to maintaining normal blood pressure and magnesium contributes to a balanced electrolyte balance. In addition to other important functions, calcium influences digestive enzymes and supports normal energy metabolism.

How can META-CARE® Basic 3 be used?

• For targeted intake of alkalizing minerals
• As a supplementary addition of minerals to the diet when there is an increased need, e.g. during sports activities
• Valuable contribution to maintaining a normal electrolyte balance (magnesium) and energy metabolism (calcium)
• To support healthy muscle function (potassium, magnesium, calcium)

How is META-CARE® Basic 3 used?

Take 3 capsules once daily, whole, after a meal with plenty of liquid.
