• Adolescents aged 14 years and older and adults: up to one sachet up to 4 times a day (corresponds to a daily dose of 1,000 milligrams of Simethicone)

Pregnant or breastfeeding women may also use Lefax® intens Micro Granules.

Lefax® intens Lemon Fresh Micro Granules can also be taken over a longer period if necessary. Take until the symptoms improve. In addition, it is recommended to seek medical advice.

Simply place the micro granules on your tongue. Your saliva dissolves the contents of the sachet – if necessary, a sip of liquid helps to swallow it. Lefax® intens Micro Granules should be taken with or after meals, and before bedtime if necessary. No side effects have been observed so far. Ingesting too large quantities of the granules has shown no effects. Keep the product out of reach of children and do not exceed the expiry date printed on the packaging.

By the way: The product is also suitable for diabetics, as the granules contain no sugar. Each sachet corresponds to 0.1 bread units.

One sachet of Lefax® intens Micro Granules contains 250 milligrams of Simethicone. Even at a higher dosage, the active ingredient is well tolerated; it works exclusively in the gastrointestinal tract. The excessive gas in the intestine, enclosed in bubbles and causing discomfort, is released by Simethicone. In addition, Lefax® intens Micro Granules prevent the formation of new foams in the gastrointestinal tract.
