Custom Prescription – Upload your prescription and have it prepared

Have you received a custom prescription from your doctor? Upload your prescription to us with ease. We will check the order and prepare your custom prescription for you – saving you time.

For customers from Austria:
Please upload your valid prescription and provide your 10-digit Austrian insurance number. Provided the requirements for coverage by your Austrian health insurance provider are met, we can bill the prescription directly to the relevant health insurance carrier.

The prescription fee will be charged initially. If you are exempt from prescription fees, the fee already paid will of course be refunded to you.

E-prescription, QR code, and private doctor prescription:
For an Austrian e-prescription with a QR code, no additional submission of the original prescription is generally required.

However, if it is a prescription from a private doctor (Wahlarzt), it may be necessary to submit the original prescription. In this case, you can send the original prescription to us. We will clarify the further procedure with you individually depending on the specific order.

Special requests and additional features:
If you or your doctor have special requests that are not covered by health insurance – for example, an airless dispenser, special packaging, or other additional features – we can accommodate these if possible.

Additional costs not covered by health insurance will be invoiced separately. You will subsequently receive a corresponding payment request for the difference.

For customers outside of Austria:
Billing with an Austrian health insurance provider is not possible. Providing an Austrian insurance number is therefore not required. The necessary prescription documents and the further procedure will be reviewed individually depending on the country of origin and the type of order.

How it works:

1. Upload a valid medical prescription.

2. If you have Austrian insurance, enter your 10-digit insurance number.

3. We will check the prescription and prepare your custom prescription in accordance with the doctor's orders.

4. If further documents or the original prescription are required, we will inform you.

5. Any special requests or additional costs not covered by health insurance will be invoiced separately.

Important note:
Production takes place exclusively after verification of a valid medical prescription. Whether and to what extent costs can be covered by health insurance depends on the specific order and the requirements of the responsible health insurance carrier.
