Traditional homeopathic therapeutic indications of the components

Thuja occidentalis – Arbor vitae
• Warts, polyps, mucous membrane growths.
• Chronic urinary tract infections, foul-smelling discharge.

Urtica dioica – Stinging nettle
• Hives, itchy wheals, after exposure to cold/damp.
• Supportive treatment for gout/“acid-related” symptoms, burning during urination.

Silybum marianum – Milk thistle
• Liver strain, feeling of fullness, pressure in the right upper abdomen.
• Tendency toward fatty liver, sluggish digestion after fatty meals.

Betula alba – Birch
• “Spring cleanse”: stimulation of diuresis for mild edema.
