Traditional homeopathic indications for the components

ACIDUM HYDROCYANICUM – Hydrocyanic acid
• Sudden states of collapse with shortness of breath, a very weak pulse, and blue discoloration (homeopathic picture).
• Spasmodic complaints: spasmodic cough, spasmodic abdominal pain with a tendency toward collapse.

CAMPHORA RACEMICA – Camphor
• Acute collapse with cold, pale skin, ice-cold extremities, and a barely palpable pulse.
• Shock states after exposure to cold, fainting spells with shivering and a sensation of internal cold.

NITROGLYCERINUM – Nitroglycerin
• Acute cardiovascular complaints: angina-like chest pressure, heart palpitations, blood rushing to the head.
• Sudden rise in blood pressure or severe vasodilation with hot flashes, throbbing headache.

NICOTIANA TABACUM – Tobacco
• Feeling of collapse with nausea, dizziness, cold sweat, gray pallor – e.g., with motion sickness.
• Circulatory weakness, tendency to faint in heat, in stuffy rooms, or while sitting.

VERATRUM ALBUM – White hellebore
• Severe states of collapse with cold sweat (especially on the forehead), icy extremities, very weak pulse.
