hafesan® Coenzyme Q10 is suitable for adults who want to specifically supplement their daily diet with coenzyme Q10 – especially with increasing age or during periods of increased physical and mental strain.

Coenzyme Q10 is a substance produced by the body, naturally found in almost all body cells. Particularly high concentrations are found in organs and tissues with high energy demands, such as the heart, liver, kidneys, and muscles.

The body can produce coenzyme Q10 itself and also absorbs smaller amounts through food. The body's own Q10 concentration can decrease with age.
