The recommended dose is:

Adults and adolescents from 12 years of age:

• 3 times a day, one sachet at intervals of at least 6 hours

Please pour the contents of one sachet into a glass of water. The granules dissolve without stirring after about one minute. Then drink the entire contents of the glass.
