The recommended dose is:Adults and adolescents from 16 years of age
- 1-2 sachets per single dose
The time interval between two doses should be 4-8 hours.
The maximum daily dose of 6 sachets/day must not be exceeded.
Pour the contents of 1-2 sachets into a glass of water and stir well. Drink the entire glass immediately.
It can be taken regardless of meals.

Grippostad Akut ASA/Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride with orange flavor is used for the symptomatic treatment of nasal and sinus mucosal swelling in colds (rhinosinusitis), pain and fever as part of a cold or flu-like infection.

If necessary, the single dose can be repeated at intervals of 4-8 hours. However, you must not exceed the maximum dose of 6 sachets daily.
Method of administration
For oral use.
Pour the contents of 1 or 2 sachets of granules into a glass of water and stir well. Drink the entire glass immediately. Note: The granules do not dissolve completely.
Grippostad Akut ASA/Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride with orange flavor can be taken independently of meals.
Duration of use
Do not take this medicine for more than 3 days. Please consult your doctor if you still have a blocked nose, pain or fever after 3 days of treatment.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Due to a lack of experience with the combination of both active ingredients in Grippostad Akut ASA/Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride with orange flavor, the product must not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
What Grippstad® Akut ASA/Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride with orange flavor contains
The active ingredients are acetylsalicylic acid and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride.
Each sachet contains 500 mg acetylsalicylic acid and 30 mg pseudoephedrine hydrochloride.
The other ingredients are sucrose, hypromellose, citric acid, anhydrous, saccharin and orange flavor (contains maltodextrin, gum arabic, ascorbic acid, butylhydroxyanisole and flavorings).
