• Thoroughly clean your hands and apply a small amount of the gel with your finger to the gums. Gently massage until the affected area is completely covered. Preferably use the gel after meals and/or before bedtime to maintain the protective film and aid wound healing. Repeat this process 3-6 times daily or as needed.
