Recommended intake:
As needed (e.g., after exercise or nights of dancing), add the contents of one sachet to 200 ml of drinking water and stir well until the powder is completely dissolved. Then drink the prepared solution immediately; it has a fruity fresh orange taste. The maximum amount of 2 sachets per day should not be exceeded.
