Omega-3 fatty acids – why are they good for us?
Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids, components of cell membranes and important building blocks for messengers in the body. Omega 3 plays a role particularly for the heart and contributes to its healthy function. In addition, these fatty acids support a normally functioning brain. Even before birth, but also in childhood and adulthood, the cells in our thinking organ need a lot of omega-3.

• Coenzyme Q10. Optimally dosed with 30 mg. Coenzyme Q10 is a useful supplement, because it is found in the mitochondria, the "powerhouses" of our cells. High concentrations of Q10 are found in particularly active organs and tissues (such as in the heart, muscles, liver or kidneys). With increasing age, the body's ability to produce vital Q10 itself steadily decreases. The combination with highly dosed coenzyme Q10 is the ideal supplement for all those who have to take cholesterol-lowering medication.
• Vitamin D. The all-rounder among vitamins contributes, among other things, to a functioning immune system.
