Occasional constipation and associated hard stools affect more and more people - often even at a young age. Straining and pain during bowel movements (sometimes accompanied by hemorrhoids) and the feeling of incomplete emptying are unpleasant side effects. Nevertheless, a laxative is an option for only a few.

As a gentle alternative, the fiber drink Dr. Böhm® Active Bowel was developed: The combination of 5 special plant fibers (barley grass, plum, apple, yacon root, and *psyllium seeds) plus soothing caraway ensures normal bowel movements* - as it should be:

Application:
Dr. Böhm® Active Bowel is a food supplement to stimulate bowel activity* in case of occasional constipation and hard stools.

Composition:

Dosage and application:
Days 1-2: Take 1 sachet each, preferably in the morning and evening before a meal. Thereafter, continue use as needed or reduce to 1 sachet per day. (Do not exceed the recommended daily dose).
For children from 6 years:
Days 1-2: 1/2 sachet in the morning and 1/2 sachet in the evening.
Thereafter, continue use as needed or reduce to 1/2 sachet per day.
Due to the swelling effect of the fibers - drink immediately after dissolving.
No habituation effect - can be used as needed or long-term

The stated recommended daily amount must not be exceeded.
