Ingredients:
Sugar, L-ascorbic acid, filler cellulose, grape seed polyphenol powder, release agent talc, zinc gluconate, zinc citrate, filler calcium carbonate, zinc sulfate, lycopene, citrus bioflavonoids, sodium selenite, coating agents hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and shellac, coloring food (concentrates from safflower and spirulina algae), filler sodium carboxymethylcellulose, release agent silicon dioxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, release agent magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Lactose, yeast and gelatin-free. Gluten-free.

Recommended intake:
If you have an increased need, for example during cold season, take 1 dragee daily, preferably one hour before a meal or in the evening before going to bed, unchewed with some liquid. After 2 months, reduce the dose to avoid an excess of zinc in the body: Take 1 dragee only every 2nd day.

The stated recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
