Omega-3 fatty acids are polyunsaturated fatty acids and are essential for us. Among other things, they are essential for a healthy heart, brain and eyesight. However, our body cannot produce them itself and is therefore dependent on an external supply.
You can best ensure your daily basic supply of omega-3 fatty acids with Dr. Böhm® Omega 3 forte capsules. They contain highly concentrated omega-3 fatty acids from both plant and animal sources.
Just one capsule daily provides you with all the important naturally occurring omega-3 fatty acids.
