Humans have over a hundred movable joints. However, with increasing age and due to heavy strain, wear and tear occurs. The cartilage layer, which protectively covers the joint surfaces and has a cushioning function, is most affected by this natural process of wear and tear.
Joint fluid, among other things, serves to supply the cartilage, which is not supplied with blood, with nutrients so that it can withstand the stresses of everyday life.
Dr. Böhm® Gelenks complex starts where external applications cannot reach - directly in the body. Developed in collaboration with orthopaedists, its ideal nutrient combination with vitamin C ensures normal cartilage function and vitamin D and manganese maintain normal bones, thus supporting joints and bones in the long term. Glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, collagen type II and hyaluronic acid are included as an additional plus.

Ingredients:
Filler cellulose, glucosamine hydrochloride from the chitin of crustaceans, chondroitin sulfate sodium, calcium L-ascorbate, collagen hydrolysate (origin: chicken), D-α-tocopheryl acetate, sodium selenite, filler calcium carbonate, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), coating agent hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, filler isomalt, coating agent shellac, modified starch, anti-caking agents silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids, filler calcium phosphates, manganese sulfate, filler sodium carboxymethylcellulose, cholecalciferol.
Free from lactose, yeast, purine and iodine. Gluten-free.

Nutritional values:

Recommended intake:
During the first two weeks, take 1 tablet twice a day, unchewed, with some liquid, preferably with or after a meal. Thereafter, 1 to 2 tablets can be taken daily for continuous nutrient supply, depending on your needs.

Do not use if you have known hypersensitivity to crustaceans.
