D3 Kwizda® 3000 IU tablets contain high-dose vitamin D3 and are intended for targeted supply in cases of increased demand or vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D plays an important role in numerous bodily functions and contributes, among other things, to the maintenance of normal bones, muscles, and a normal function of the immune system.

The small tablets can be swallowed, sucked, or chewed and are suitable for year-round use.

Recommended intake

Side effects

When the recommended dosage is followed, D3 Kwizda® is generally well tolerated.

In case of excessive or long-term high intake, the following may occur:

• Increased calcium levels in the blood

• Nausea

• Vomiting

• Abdominal pain

• Constipation

• Thirst

• Fatigue

• Headaches

When taking other vitamin D-containing preparations simultaneously, the total daily vitamin D intake should be considered.

Persons with kidney diseases, kidney stones, elevated calcium levels in the blood, or other metabolic disorders should discuss intake with their doctor beforehand.
