Application

1. Wash your hands before and after use. The patch
   should be applied to clean, dry skin. Do not apply
   cream to the lip, as the patch might otherwise detach
   from the lip. Tear off one product along the perforated edge
   to separate it from the others.
2. Hold the transparent film applicator at the curved end.
3. With both hands, gently peel the transparent film applicator
   from the turquoise protective cover.
4. You will see the round cold sore patch on the upper part of the
   applicator. Avoid contact with the adhesive side of the patch.
5. Using a mirror, place this part of the applicator on the
   cold sore and press it gently to fix the patch on
   the cold sore.
6. Gently peel off the applicator and leave the patch in place. Make-up or lipstick can be applied over the patch.
