Candibene 200 mg Vaginal Tablets

The effectiveness of Candibene 200 mg vaginal tablets is directed against practically all pathogens that can cause fungal infections of the vagina. It also works against some bacteria and certain single-celled organisms (trichomonads). The active ingredient clotrimazole contained in Candibene 200 mg vaginal tablets inhibits the growth of fungi or kills them.
Clotrimazole works on the mucosal surface, is quickly absorbed into the mucous membrane and also works in the deeper mucosal layers. Candibene 200 mg vaginal tablets are colorless and odorless and are generally well tolerated.

Candibene 200 mg vaginal tablets are used for:

• infectious discharge caused by fungi (Candida),
• vaginal inflammation caused by fungi (mostly Candida species) and/or trichomonads (certain single-celled organisms),
• reinfection in the case of an existing primary infection (so-called superinfection) with bacteria that are sensitive to the active ingredient clotrimazole contained in Candibene

Your doctor may prescribe an additional antibiotic for reliable elimination of Trichomonas vaginalis infections. If you do not feel better or even worse after 3 days, consult your doctor.

Ingredients:
The active ingredient is clotrimazole. 1 vaginal tablet contains 200 mg of clotrimazole. The other ingredients are: lactose monohydrate, corn starch, adipic acid, sodium bicarbonate, copovidone, magnesium stearate, highly dispersed silicon dioxide, polysorbate 80.

Application:
Candibene 200 mg vaginal tablets are inserted deep into the vagina once a day - in the evening - for 3 consecutive days with the help of the applicator.
