BRONCHOSTOP® DUO Cough Pastilles

What are BRONCHOSTOP® DUO COUGH LOZENGES and what are they used for?
Traditional herbal medicine for the relief of cough irritation and to promote the expectoration of tenacious mucus in coughs associated with a cold. This medicinal product is a traditional herbal medicinal product registered solely on the basis of long-standing use for the stated indication.

If you do not feel better or even worse after 5 days, consult your doctor.

How to take BRONCHOSTOP® DUO COUGH LOZENGES?
Always take this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or exactly as instructed by your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

Dosage:

Adults and adolescents from 12 years:
2 lozenges every 3 to 4 hours (4 to 6 times daily, total daily dose up to 12 lozenges).

Children from 4 to 12 years:
1 lozenge every 3 to 4 hours (4 to 6 times daily; total daily dose up to 6 lozenges).

Children under 4 years:
Use in children under 4 years of age is not recommended (see section 2).

Method of administration:
For oral use (dissolve in the mouth by sucking)

Duration of administration:
If you do not feel better or even worse after 5 days, consult your doctor.

If you have taken more BRONCHOSTOP® duo Cough Lozenges than you should
If you have significantly overdosed on this medicine, known side effects may occur more frequently. In this case, please notify your doctor. He or she can decide on
any necessary measures.

If you forget to take BRONCHOSTOP® duo Cough Lozenges
Do not take a double dose if you have forgotten to take the previous dose.

If you have any further questions on the use of this medicine, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

What BRONCHOSTOP® duo Cough Lozenges contain
The active ingredients are: Thyme dry extract, Marshmallow root dry extract. 1 lozenge contains: 51.1 mg thyme dry extract (drug-extract ratio 7-13 : 1; extractant water) and 4.5 mg marshmallow root dry extract (drug-extract ratio , 7-9 : 1; extractant water)

The other ingredients are:
Acacia gum (gum arabic), sorbitol (E 420), maltitol (E 965), maltodextrin, anhydrous citric acid, saccharin sodium, aronia flavour, wild berry flavour, liquid paraffin, bleached wax, purified water.
