How does coughing develop?
Coughing is not a disease, but a symptom. It often occurs with infections of the lower respiratory tract or acute bronchitis with inflammatory reactions. Bronchipret® Syrup has been specially developed for children from 1 year of age. The herbal medicine can be easily and age-appropriately dosed with the included measuring cup. It should be taken three times a day - morning, noon and evening. If necessary, it can be taken with some liquid (e.g. in a glass of water) to make it easier.

How well tolerated is Bronchipret® Syrup?
Bronchipret® Syrup is very well tolerated. As it is purely herbal and vegan and contains no lactose, it is also suitable for people with lactose intolerance (milk sugar intolerance) and for people who want to avoid animal ingredients. In addition, it tastes pleasantly sweet, which makes it easier for children to take.

How long can Bronchipret® Syrup be taken?
The duration of treatment depends on the course of the disease. If symptoms persist for more than one week, a doctor should be consulted immediately.

What is the difference between Bronchipret® Syrup and Solution?
Bronchipret® Syrup has been specially developed for children from 1 year of age. The cough syrup is very well tolerated and contains neither sugar nor gluten. Thanks to its pleasant, sweet and natural taste, Bronchipret® Syrup is particularly well accepted by young patients.
Bronchipret® Solution, on the other hand, is specially approved for adults and for children from 6 years of age. It is extra strong and highly concentrated², therefore also particularly economical³ and is particularly suitable for people who are looking for a quickly noticeable effect.

Can Bronchipret® be taken together with an antibiotic?
Respiratory infections are in most cases caused by viruses, an antibiotic is not effective here. Rather, the stuck mucus should be loosened and the inflammation in the bronchi fought.
However, the viral infection makes the mucous membranes more susceptible to bacterial disease. In this case, taking an antibiotic may be necessary. This decision must be made by your doctor. In both cases, Bronchipret® can be used to loosen the stuck mucus and fight inflammation in the bronchi. The prescribed antibiotic and Bronchipret® can be used in parallel. Take the antibiotic as prescribed, Bronchipret® until the disease is cured.
