• Vitamin C is important for a normal function of the immune system and helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Furthermore, it supports energy metabolism and contributes to a normal function of the nervous system.
• Magnesium has numerous functions in metabolism. It is not only important for normal muscle and nerve function but also supports energy metabolism and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• The trace element zinc is a component of more than 300 enzymes that are essential for numerous chemical processes in the body. It supports normal cognitive function and stress resistance. In addition, zinc is an important antioxidant and supports the immune system.

How to take Berocca® Performance film-coated tablets?
The recommended daily intake for adults is one film-coated tablet per day. It should preferably be taken with sufficient liquid (approx. 250 ml) with or after a meal.

Note:
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily amount. Not suitable for children, adolescents, pregnant and breastfeeding women, or individuals with kidney disease/impaired kidney function.
