• Magnesium has numerous functions in metabolism. It is not only important for normal muscle and nerve function but also supports energy metabolism and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• The trace element zinc is a component of more than 300 enzymes that are essential for numerous chemical processes in the body. It supports normal cognitive function and stress resistance. Furthermore, zinc is an important antioxidant and supports the immune system.

How to take Berocca® Performance effervescent tablets?
The recommended daily intake for adults is one effervescent tablet per day. The tablet should be dissolved in sufficient liquid (approx. 250 ml) and taken with or after a meal.

Note:
The stated recommended daily amount must not be exceeded. Not suitable for children, adolescents, pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as people with kidney diseases/impaired kidney function.
