Licochalcone A
Licochalcone A is an effective antioxidant that has anti-inflammatory properties and soothes the skin. It is extracted from the root of the Chinese liquorice plant (Glycyrrhiza Inflata), which uses natural substances to protect its cells from excessive UV radiation. Used in skincare products, Licochalcone A shows anti-inflammatory properties and neutralises free radicals that damage skin cells and promote the ageing process. It helps to protect the deeper skin layers from sun damage.
Ceramide 3
Ceramides are important lipids that significantly contribute to repairing and strengthening the natural skin barrier, counteracting moisture loss, and preventing dryness. They retain moisture in the skin, alleviate irritation, and reduce the symptoms of dry skin, making the skin appear soft, supple, and well-nourished. Regular use helps maintain a healthy, balanced skin barrier.
Application
Apply AtopiControl Balm daily and as needed to the body and face. For optimal results, use in combination with AtopiControl Bath and Shower Oil.
