Aspirin® Complex helps to quickly alleviate the unpleasant symptoms. This combination preparation helps with several simultaneously occurring cold and flu-like symptoms:

It relieves cold pains such as sore throat, headaches, body aches, reduces fever, and has anti-inflammatory properties. In addition, Aspirin® Complex decongests the mucous membrane in the nose and sinuses in case of a runny nose and blocked nose, so that you can breathe freely again during a cold.

How does Aspirin® Complex work and help?
Aspirin® Complex combines two highly effective ingredients: 500 milligrams of acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) and 30 milligrams of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride. The proven active ingredient acetylsalicylic acid belongs to the non-opioid pain relievers and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. These inhibit the formation of certain messenger substances (prostaglandins). This inhibits both pain transmission and perception in the brain as well as inflammation – the pain subsides. ASA also affects the temperature regulation center in the brain, which leads to a reduction in fever.

The active ingredient pseudoephedrine has a vasoconstrictive effect and thus leads to a decongestion of the nasal mucous membrane. Since the active ingredient is taken orally, it not only acts locally, but also frees the hard-to-reach nasal sinuses. Finally, breathe freely again!

Taking Aspirin® Complex
The granules should be added to a glass of water before taking and then drunk immediately. The recommended dose for adults and adolescents from 16 years of age is:

• Single dose: 1 to 2 sachets
• Total daily dose: Up to 6 sachets

The single dose can be repeated after a minimum interval of 4 hours if necessary.
