Aspirin® Akut: the migraine pain reliever for migraine-related headaches

People with migraines know this: when not only the head pounds, but also nausea, light and noise sensitivity occur during a migraine attack, rapid and reliable help is needed. With Aspirin® Akut, you don't have to be slowed down by severe migraines. The effervescent tablets work quickly and effectively against migraine-related headaches, but also provide effective relief for accompanying pains such as neck pain. Another advantage: the dosage form as an effervescent tablet ensures a rapid onset of action.

How does Aspirin® Akut work and help?

One effervescent tablet contains 500 milligrams of the proven Aspirin active ingredient acetylsalicylic acid (ASA). This belongs to the so-called non-opioid pain relievers and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. What they have in common is that they inhibit the formation of certain messenger substances (prostaglandins). In this way, both pain transmission and perception in the brain as well as inflammation are inhibited – and the pain subsides. ASA also influences the thermoregulatory center in the brain, which ensures that fever subsides.
In addition, Aspirin® Akut contains so-called buffer substances, which significantly improve the solubility of the active ingredient. The active ingredient dissolves in water and can therefore be absorbed into the body particularly quickly. This promises rapid and effective symptom relief.

Taking Aspirin® Akut Effervescent Tablets

Completely dissolve two effervescent tablets in a glass of water and then drink the entire contents of the glass immediately. The recommended dose for adults is:

• Single dose: 2 effervescent tablets
• Daily dose: three times 2 effervescent tablets

The single dose can be taken up to 3 times a day, if necessary, after a minimum interval of 4 hours. The total daily dose of a maximum of 6 effervescent tablets must not be exceeded.

Aspirin® Akut is available in a pack size of 20 (10x 2) effervescent tablets.
