What is ANGOCIN®
Anti-Infekt Uro+Grippal and what is it used for?
Traditional herbal medicine
- for colds and flu-like infections
- for uncomplicated infections of the lower urinary tract (cystitis)
This medicinal product is a traditional herbal medicinal product, registered exclusively on the basis of long-standing use for the stated indications.
This medicinal product is used in adults, adolescents, and children aged 6 years and older. In principle, however, in cases of urinary tract infections in children under 12 years of age and in male patients of any age, medical consultation is required to rule out serious
diseases (see section 4.4).
If you do not feel better or even worse after 5 days, consult your doctor.
How to take ANGOCIN® Anti-Infekt Uro+Grippal?
Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or exactly as instructed by your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
The recommended dose is:
Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older:
4-5 film-coated tablets 3-5 times daily, standard dose: 4 film-coated tablets 3 times daily
Use in male patients with urinary tract infections should only occur after consultation with a doctor (see section 2 under Warnings and Precautions).
Children from 6 to 11 years:
2-4 film-coated tablets 3-4 times daily, standard dose: 3 film-coated tablets 3 times daily
Use in children aged 6 to 11 years with urinary tract infections should only occur after consultation with a doctor (see section 2 under Warnings and Precautions)
Children under 6 years:
The use in children under 6 years is not recommended due to a lack of data.
Method of administration:
For oral use.
Please take the film-coated tablets whole with sufficient liquid after meals.
Duration of use:
If you do not feel better or even worse after 5 days, consult your doctor. If you have taken more ANGOCIN® Anti-Infekt Uro+Grippal than you should
No cases of overdose are known. If you have accidentally taken more film-coated tablets than recommended, this usually has no adverse consequences. If you have taken significantly larger quantities, please notify your doctor. They can decide on any necessary measures. The side effects listed below may occur more frequently.
If you forgot to take ANGOCIN® Anti-Infekt Uro+Grippal
Do not take a double dose if you forgot to take the previous dose.
If you have any further questions on the use of this medicine, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

What ANGOCIN® Anti-Infekt Uro+Grippal contains
- The active ingredients are: Nasturtium herb, horseradish root
1 film-coated tablet contains: 200 mg nasturtium herb (Tropaeoli herba), 80 mg horseradish root
(Armoraciae radix, Krenwurzel).
- The other ingredients are: Cellulose powder, iron oxide yellow (E 172); iron oxide red
(E 172), iron oxide brown (E 172), hypromellose, potato starch, macrogol,
sodium carboxymethyl starch, highly dispersed silicon dioxide, stearic acid, talc, titanium dioxide
E 171.
